Right of Way Texas accepts reports from Texans affected by utility, infrastructure, right-of-way, and other public-facing projects. A submission is a starting point for verification—not automatic publication.
What we collect
The report form can collect your contact information, project location, approximate date and time, entities involved, your factual description, links, and up to 10 photos or videos.
Your publication choice
You choose whether the report stays private, whether we may contact you while keeping your identity private, whether we may publish anonymously, or whether we may publish with your name. We will not intentionally publish your identity contrary to the option you selected.
Verification comes first
A submitted allegation is not treated as established fact. We may compare the report against permits, public records, timestamps, photographs, videos, other witnesses, company statements, government records, and other corroborating information before relying on it.
Your rights and responsibilities
The form requires you to certify that the report is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit the material. If you authorize publication, that permission applies to the materials you submit. Do not upload material you do not have the right to provide.
Please do not submit sensitive material
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, passwords, private medical records, privileged attorney communications, sealed court material, or anything you are legally prohibited from disclosing. Redact unnecessary personal information before uploading when possible.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information to Right of Way Texas does not create an attorney-client relationship, and Right of Way Texas is not a law firm. If your report involves a legal deadline, preserve your rights independently.
