Right of Way Texas is independent and community-driven. Project support helps fund public-record acquisition, evidence review, expert analysis, media production, website operations, outreach, legislative advocacy, community work, litigation-related project costs, and administration.

Right of Way Texas is currently published by Greg Sharp individually. Contributions are voluntary project support and are not represented as charitable or tax-deductible contributions. Support does not purchase editorial influence, favorable coverage, or control over investigations.
